Help with Anti-Virus and Anti Spyware...anyone?

Okay, so I have AVG and Super Antispyware I just downloaded today. I ran a scan, and it put these trojan horses in quarantine. First off, what is quarantine? And should I have them removed when in quarantine? I downloaded it for free, but does it make a huge difference if you pay for it? thanks

You don't want junk hanging around in quarantine for long either...you forget about it and it just winds up taking unnecessary drive space...not much, but it all eventually adds up.

So when you put stuff in quarantine just go about your normal computer activities for a day or so, and as long as everything works good, then delete the junk from your quarantine.

And I don't feel you need to buy anything. All my anti-malwares are free and I've never picked up anything that couldn't be handled by what I've got.

You have a good start with Superantispyware and AVG. I would add A-Squared Free and Comodo BOClean:
