How do I change permission settings in Win XP Pro?

My boss works from home and her daughter keeps messing up her computer by installing anything she find online, like casinos and other games, etc.

At least once a week she keeps calling me to come over and fix her computer. This is frustrating me cuz I gota a lot of work to do at the office and I am always behind.

So, I installed some anti-spyware software (AVG Antispyware 7.5) and updated her anitivirus and installed all Windows upates.

Here is what I want to accomplish: my boss has an admin account, but she doesnt mess with anything. So, I activated the guest account, but I figured it might be better if I created a new account, with lots of restrictions:

-Restriction to download anything from the net

-Restriction to load anything from a floppy drive

-Restriction to install anything or execute any new programs

I can't think of more restrictions, but I think this should give you a better idea of what I want to accomplish: the daughter will ONLY be able to surf the web.

Create a limited account

The limited account is intended for someone who should be prohibited from changing most computer settings and deleting important files. A user with a limited account:

Generally cannot install software or hardware, but can access programs that have already been installed on the computer.
