If you aren't on the internet, which you are as you asked this question, then it doesn't matter about anitvirus programs. Unless you are loading files onto your computer from a friend. Otherwise, you dont need any.
even if you're not connected to the internet, you're still vulnerable to viruses. if you have flash disks and use them on other computers and you also use them on your pc, that might be a possible way for virus to get into your system. try installing avg antivirus. and if you need updates, you can just download their update files and manually update avg.
