Uninstalling Internet Explorer and reinstalling it -how?

So - I'm cluessless when it comes to my computer. Now that that's out of the way, I have a question. I have some kind of spyware on my computer that no Antispyware can seem to get rid of. (I've tried ~everything~). Someone recommended uninstalling Internet Explorer - but after you do that, how to 'reinstall' it if you don't have acess to the internet? Someone please help me in lamens terms, lol.

Uninstalling IE won't help solve your spyware problems, when you say you have tried everything I'm sure there is something you have missed.

There are types of spyware that require additional tools besides the usual antispyware programs that most of us use

One tool for example is HijackThis which is a great tool in getting rid of stubborn spyware

If you have yet to try it I would recommend that you do prior to resorting to getting rid of IE, which wouldn't really matter if you uninstall and reinstalled if you still have the spyware problems

Here's the links for hijackthis
