from Pest Control. A bubble appears from it every 10 seconds or so and reads that 'Your computer is infected' then tells me that I should click on it to download antispyware. I have installed Norton anti virus and also Microsoft.com, window defender, they all say that I have no virus or spyware, but, the box says I have. How do I stop this thing popping up every 10 seconds, then it fades, then re-appears with a 'pop' sound - it's driving me crazy! Any help much appreciated.
At bottom right of my screen I have a solid red circle with a white x in it, it appeared after an advert?free antivirus download

Recommendations:
-Download hitmanpro, www.hitmanpro.nl.
-Start/run/msconfig/start up: see if unknown programs are started at setup. If so, google them up.
