i use avg, mcafee antivirus, mcafee antispyware, mcafee quickclean, albexo registry cleaner and ccleaner .what shall i do? the computer takes around an hour to get to the normal state
How do i speed up my computer?internet
NEVER use two anti-viruses together. It will be better if you uninstall McAfee anti-virus, McAfee anti-spyware and McAfee QuickClean from your computer. All McAfee products (like Symantec's Norton products) are system hogs. You can get the free Windows Defender anti-spyware instead, it's very effective and light on your resources.

1.CLEAN YOUR TEMPORARY FILES AND OBSOLETE REGISTRY ENTRIES REGULARLY.
You will be amazed at the amount of space temporary files and unwanted registry keys can take with the passage of time. If not removed, they can eat up as much as 1GB on a standard computer within a matter of months! Naturally, this garbage will pull down your computer speed. Hence, it's always advisable to regularly clean all the clutter and keep your computer running at maximum speed. You can grab some free cleaning tools like CCleaner, Disk Cleaner etc. to serve the purpose. One cleaning tool can never get rid of all junk; so it's always recommended to use 2-3 together for best results.
2.REMOVE ALL THE UNWANTED AUTO-START ENTRIES.
If you have a lot of Auto Start entries, then you should remove them. To do so, go to Start %26gt; Run. Type 'msconfig' in the box and then open the 'Startup' tab of the new window. Just un-check anything that is unnecessary. Of course, you can revert this in future, if necessary. Just go back to MSConfig and check anything back that you removed from the start-up list. However, you should not remove any of the security related startups (read next point), like the real-time shields of your anti-virus / anti-spyware, firewall etc.
