Fake spyware removal software.?

I have a pop-up screen showing on my desktop every couple of hours saying that I need to install a spyware removal software. It wants me to install their speciic software. I have tried using spybot but that message is still popping up. When I click on it it takes me to this page

http://www.antispyware-review.biz/?wmid=... .

I have a feeling that it is a spammy website. My McAfee scan is not showing any viruses and I ran the Spybot a couple of times and the message is still there. How can I remove it?

Turn off your pop-ups.....duh
Do not click on that link, this is a form of spyware and to get rid of it you might need to run another spyware program because maybe spybot missed it. Here is one that you can download and install, it is very good and I highly recomend this program to others who are looking for a good and Free spyware program. (http://www.superantispyware.com) click, download, and install, after you finishing installing start a scan right away. And don't worry about spybot as you can have up to 2 spyware programs installed on your computer. This spyware program will catch and destroy so get busy. Good Luck
Run your anti-spyware in Safe Mode.If you dont have an excellent anti-spyware or your current anti-spyware can't prevent spyware from Invading you computer, download a better one.
