How can i stop someone who's hacking into my social sites without them having my password or us

First off, change your passwords. Use a heavy password such as #$*^*FDJEIFI284374, I know it's a pain but the point is there is a program called pqwack that is a generic alphanumeric scanner that can hack passwords easily that look like "password". Does that make sense?

Ok now to protect yourself in the future, make sure you always log out of the site and shut your browser down so there is no trace of your sign in left.

If you are saying they are using your computer to do this you need to carefully check your system to see if it has been compromised. If someone has been able to install software such as "keystroke loggers" on your PC they can log every keystroke that you do on your home PC and then review it at their leisure. This would include any userid or PW information that you keyed in on the keyboard of your PC. You need to make you run some good anti-virus tool such as McAfee or Norton and also ensure that it checks for spyware. If you are saying that this is not happening on your PC but outside of your home location, you need to talk to the owner of the social site(s) in question as it might indicate some type of security breach on their side. If possible change your userid and PW of all sites you feel may have been compromised and do not share them with anyone else. You can get more information on keystroke loggers by searching the phrase "keystroke loggers" on Google.
I'm really sorry about that

i got hacked today too and they wont stop i9 have nothing else to tell u except that u have to shut down Ur email account
You cant stop them. They are most likely exploiting weaknesses in the security of those sites which you have no control over.
