How do i deal with this kind of major computer virus?

This particular virus that came into my computer is now preventing me from deleting it using various antiviruses. I saw through the scan results that this virus automatically prevents Antiviruses from functioning properly, so as to avoid getting deleted. Everytime i open a web browser and try to download an antispyware program, the browser automatically closes and i cant open it again. Same thing after a scan, i try to open the Virus Vault but it automatically closes as well. This virus is very high-tech, i must say. What should i do?

1) First of all disable system restore

2) Then either run system file checker

or boot from windows disk and run a repair install

That will make your computer workable, by replacing any corrupt system files

Now boot in safe mode and then run the antivirus program

Since you already have antivirus you can try booting into Safe Mode and then run the antivirus software...to get into Safe Mode you typically need to tap the F8 key as your computer is starting up...
