Click Start, then click on Control Panel. From there click on Performance and Maintenance. Click on Administrative Tools. Double click on Services. Expand it. Go down the list and find Messenger. Messenger is a service that is used to send you notifications on updates, but it has a loophole where spammers can send you info, in form of a pop-up. You will need to disable this service. Now double click on Messenger. A small screen appears. Go to Service Status and click on Stop. A message will appear saying it is stopping the service. If you you want to go one more step, then look for Startup Type. Select Disable. Click on Apply, then OK. I hope this has been helpful.

This is fake spyware, do not use it. scan your computer with a GENUINE anti virus. This is a fake message that sells you fake anti virus that is acutally a virus.
Once you have clicked on to it - it installs spyware/adware on your computer. If you do not have these programs - download them - they are all free.
