Managed to rescue from smitfraud trojan but the desktop still showing white colour, it link to a url

my computer has been infected by a trojan and I managed to delete it but I cannot fix the problem that changed my wallpaper with a biohazard signage. i already use ccleaner and super antispyware but the wallpaper still plain white and it links to a url. can anybody pinpoint the problem? which file should i modify? thx beforehand

Get yourself Ad-Aware and Spybot Search and Destroy. Both are free. After you've downloaded and got the latest updates for both restart your computer in "safe mode". This way any spyware that may be on your computer won't be running. Do each spyware scan one at a time while in "safe mode". Also do a virus scan while in "safe mode". Hopefully that should slove the problem. See the links below.

If the solution above doesn't work, download and install Hijack This. It should point you to registry entries that need to be changed.
