Ok i need help!!......please?

my computer keeps popping up this baloon thing that says security alert: networm-i.virus@fp.....it says that the damage level is high and it wants me to download an anti virus software.....in internet explorer when i open it it says.......Attention! Your system is currently vulnerable to computer attacks. Remote intruders can gain access to following files and folders on your PC:



- \Windows\System32



- \Program Files\Internet Explorer



- \My Documents



- Drive C:\ files



To enhance the security on your PC download and install AntiSpyware software....................i also have a tool bar that is called security tool bar 7.1 that i never had before..........



i need help i don't know what to do



i use mcafee and i already scanned the computer but it didn't detect anything.....so i bought the webroot spy sweeper and i scanned and it did remove a lot of those cookies and trojans



but the pop ups are still there and don't go away.......someone please help....
