Virus pop up?

I get a pop up every time my computer loads that says

Your system is infected with dangerous virus!

Note: strongly recommed to install antispyware program to clean your system and avoid total crash of your computer!

My protection says its clean so I think its a fake how do I get it to go away?

what u have is not a virus which your computer is checking for its a spyware get a program to take it off spyware doctor is a really good program hope it helps
