When i was browsing i got this message

and now this keeps on coming often even when i open disk drives etc.

It is just an ad, probably malware. You could use a anti-spam/anti-virus program to get rid of it by just doing a scan. In case you don't have an anti-spam/anti-virus installed you can download SpyBot Search and Destroy here:http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.h... it is one of the best around.
