How to remove something keep popping up lower right hand corner?

Ok, i keep geting this pop up http://antispyware-reviews.biz/?wmid=466... It's a little yellow tragular shape on the lower right hand corner. I can't find it in control panal unistall, Anybody know alternate way? its very annoying. It's some spyware program.
