PC keeps crashing?

I start my antispyware program and the pc just stops - same with disk clean up

Can anyone help me pls?

firstly do a disk defragmentation uninstall all programmes you dont use empty the recycle bin then do a disk clean up this will probably free up some space to make your pc work better good luck

Well thing is sometimes a pop-up comes up saying that you should install the anti-spyware and stuff. But don't dowload it, these aren't really protection for your computer. It contains a virus which can lead a hacker into your computer. So my best bet for you is to, either get a new spyware program. Or take to Best Buy and ask tehm about what they can do to help. I would unstall your virus protection program and download AVG.

I use it. It gives you automatic updates, internet protection and virus sweeps.
go into "safe" mode. Do that by tapping the F8 key at windows start up. then when it is in safe mode run your programmes then just do a normal restart
It's likely that your pc has a trojan horse on it that crashes the system to avoid removal. The only solution I know is to refromat the hard drive and start from scratch.

Try looking in Event Viewer to see if it provides any additional information.

Start-%26gt;Settings-%26gt;Control Panel and double click on Administrative Tools and select Event Viewer.

Check the Applications section for any Errors and double click them to see what they have to say. There is a link to Microsoft for more information and a possible solution.
unistall some soft u r not using.

defragment

then restart pc before tooscreen loads hit F8 start windows in safe mode and clean up from there disk aand run ur spyware cleaner or wotever u have
get a new pc
