You can do it in many ways.

1. Use the Tools menu in the Internet Explorer and in the General tab, click "delete cookies"

2. Use Crap cleaner, CCleaner. It will also help to clean many others stuff including registry

3, if you want to just clean a particular cookie, you would have to do a wild search for the file, using the website for example in the search file section of "MyComputer" and once found, delete them. Cookies are usually stored in C:\Documents and Settings folder under (your windows login name)\Cookies.

But if it is adwares that you are referring to as cookies, then it can be removed using adaware software such as this

There is no way they usally save data and words or searches you did!But you may delete them but not for good!
There is a setting in the options of all web browsing software where you can turn cookies 'off'. A lot of web pages won't work with them turned off.
You probably can't. The cookies aren't going to hurt you (usually).

As long as port 80 is open you're going to have cookies.

There are stealth programs out there but not sure which ones are legit.
