How To get rid of 3 icons in my Computer?

They Are Error Cleaner the other one its called Privacy Protector and Spyware%26Malware Protection . I have try so far Spy Bot Search and Destroy and still no effect i also try Super AntiSpyware Free Edition and still no effect.

Could this be a Malware , Adware , Virus , The Worm Ransomware, Trojan Horses, or a Spyware ? by the way i also get this red background with with a red symbol pretty much look alike the symbol of 28 days later the movie like a toxic waste nuclear symbol some sort of thing like that and it appears ever 10 and 20 minutes i can still close it but still it comes back anyone later anyone knows why?

Please help because i have also Try From My Computer Remove / Add Program and they dont appear on the list, so im guessing my computer is infected . Please i would like a good answer not too short o rtoo long thank you.
