Need major computer help?

First off my Norton antivirus program shows I have to viruses that are some kind of hacker. I tried to do what it siad to do to remove it. To go to the windows search, type in the name. Nothing came up. How can I get rid of this? Also,I keep having all these "adult" ads coming up,and ads about antispyware downloads. On the taskbar there's a yellow flashing triangle with a "!" it says"System performance monitor:Warning:" and has a "summary" How can I get rid of all of this? I tried to do a virus scan thinking that it was adware, but no adware was found. I really need to get rid of this.Any help is much appreciated!

Try downloading and checking for updates the following programs. They can be removed afterwards.

AntiSpyware Applications

SuperAntispyware

http://superantispyware.com/

Spybot S%26D (free version requires manual updating)

http://www.safer-networking.org/en/downl...

AVG AntiSpyware

Adaware from Lavasoft (free version requires automatic updating)

(These programs can be run in Safe Mode after installation and updating)

Next boot into safe mode and run your Norton and the above antispyware programs in sequence. To get into Safe Mode, reboot and then either hold down or tap the F8 key repeatedly while the computer is starting up.
